sharice wells.

Growth Marketing Engineer

I run the experiments. I also build the tools that run them.

portrait of Sharice Wells

I design and run the experiments behind $1.2M+ in monthly revenue at The Motley Fool — A/B tests on headlines, placements, and user pathways across 1,200+ monthly digital experiences. In the last two years I've built an AI automation stack alongside it: headline generators, data classification pipelines, fuzzy matching tools, browser automations, cloud-hosted scrapers. OpenAI API, Apps Script, Zapier, Airtable, Playwright — whatever gets the job done. Looking for a role where building is the job, not a side project I squeeze in after hours.

I ship fast.I build for real use.I treat AI as a co-worker.
